Three beachfront villas, landscaped grounds, a private beach,
and an infinity pool — set on the coastline opposite the island of Hydra.
The Estate
About the Estate
space, silence, and the sea
Hydra Bay Resort occupies a rare stretch of private coastline along the eastern Peloponnese. The estate was conceived as a place of gathering: a private compound where architecture meets landscape, where indoor comfort opens effortlessly to outdoor living, and where the Aegean is always present.
Three individually designed villas are set within landscaped grounds of olive trees, stone terraces, and native Mediterranean planting. A full-length infinity pool overlooks the sea. A private pathway leads down to the estate’s own shoreline. Every detail has been considered for guests who seek refined simplicity over manufactured luxury.

Estate Grounds
Where architecture meets the Aegean
The estate grounds are designed as an extension of the living spaces. Every terrace, pathway, and garden reveals a new perspective on the sea and surrounding landscape.

Private Shoreline & Sea Access
The estate commands its own private coastline — a quiet cove with crystal-clear waters and views stretching to the island of Hydra. Stone steps descend through the gardens to the natural beach, where guests swim, kayak, or sit with nothing between them and the open sea.
At the shore’s edge, the estate’s private dock enables direct boat arrivals, water taxi transfers from Hydra in just twenty minutes, and departures for private charters and island-hopping throughout the Saronic Gulf. Combined, the private beach and dock transform the estate into a self-contained coastal world — a place where the sea is not a view but a way of living.
Sun loungers and shaded seating line the waterfront. The concierge can arrange seaside dining, aperitifs at sunset, a morning yoga session by the shore, or a boat provisioned with estate-grown produce for a day at sea.

The Farm & Grounds
Beyond the villas lies a producing Mediterranean estate: olive groves, a private vineyard and cellar, three horses, a deer park, and outstanding gardens. The estate produces its own wine, tsipouro, olive oil, honey, eggs, and seasonal vegetables — much of what guests taste during their stay comes directly from this land.
